Welcome to Forever Green Wood Art. Picture of Lynda

On the following pages you will find a variety of hand crafted wood products from pens and jewelry to bowls and vessels. Each designed and crafted by me, Lynda Zibbideo.

I did not find the passion of woodturning until 2004.  After taking a few classes, I joined Central CT Woodturners (CCW) and expanded my views on woodturning.  I did a lot of hands on learning and had some great mentors along the way.  In 2012, I started to add carving & colors to my turnings and still continue to try new medias.

I am an advocate of being supportive of the organizations that promote the craft. I continue to be a member of CCW having served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Newletter Editor I am also a founding member of Western Mass Woodturners.

I've demonstrated woodturning using both power and pedal power (1860's Millers Falls treadle lathes) at various venues. I also assist in teaching basic woodturning at CT Valley School of Woodworking.

I primarily use native Connecticut woods in my turnings although you may find some exotic species as well.  Over the years I have donated pieces to Project Amistad, Colchester Land Trust, Windham hospital, American Association of Woodturners, Women in Turning and various other charities for fundraising initiatives.

While I may have several years of turning and carving experience, my tag line is "forever green' because I'm forever green - always learning new things.

If you do not find exactly what you are looking for in my on-line store, please contact me. I am always looking for new and challenging projects and special orders are always welcomed.

Thanks for stopping in and I hope to hear from you.
